4- The exchange rate sold is calculated based on the rate of one day before the Central Bank at 15:30.
5- Documents issued before this date do not need to sell foreign currency to the central bank.
6- The most important point is that this law includes buying property with any amount and even obtaining citizenship through investment, and it is not only for obtaining Turkish citizenship by buying property.
