Residence is not granted with partnership deeds, even if your share of the property is $200,000. It is the same with families. The document must be in the name of one of the parents, in which case the parent whose name the document is in will be granted Tashinmaz residence and the rest of the family members will be granted tourist residence.<\/p>\n

Note that this new residence law applies to those who named their property documents after 16\/10\/2023, and for those whose property documents were named before the 16th, the same law of $75,000 apply.<\/p>\n
