In May 2022, the Turkish government adopted a package of decisions, in which it is mentioned that a foreigner who wishes to obtain a real estate residence in Turkey by purchasing a property must purchase a property worth 50 thousand dollars in small cities and In large provinces such as Antalya, Istanbul, Ankara, the value of the purchased property should not be less than 75 thousand dollars.<\/p>\n
